That belief is what led me to found LOFT Advisory, where I partner with physicians who want to build, launch, or grow independent medical practices. My role is to help turn a physician’s vision into a sustainable, well-run business—bringing together strategy, financial planning, operational infrastructure, and the practical realities of building a healthcare organization.
My approach is grounded in firsthand experience, not solely on business theory.
As a medical entrepreneur, I founded and operated Midtown Medical Associates, a medical clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for 13 years, growing it to a team of over 60 physicians, providers, and support staff. During the COVID-19 shutdown, I navigated the financial and operational challenges of an unprecedented disruption, restructuring our budget while retaining 100% of our staff and helping position the clinic to be among the first in the region approved to reopen.
I later served as CEO of Haven Center, an independent specialty clinic, joining the organization before launch. I helped build its infrastructure, financial model, and patient acquisition and retention strategy, then led the organization through opening and growth as it became one of the most sought-after clinics in its specialty nationwide.
